I was just reading an interesting article about the auction of more than 200 cars from the 1930s and '40s, including a 1917 Maxwell, in Oklahoma. Here is the link:

Judging by the photos in the article, most of these cars are probably scrap or are likely to cost a fortune to restore. And with the exception of the Cord and Lincoln, and maybe a couple of others, there were few listed worth the expense of frame-off restorations. This reminds me a bit of that auction a few months ago of all of those Chevrolets in Nebraska.

Scrap? So, no one should mind if any of these are used for hot rod projects, right? I know I wouldn't, except for the few cars showcased indoors.
