Is the info in the Stewart Warner service manual of any help?https://www.packardinfo.com/xoops/html/downloads/StewartWarnerElectricWiperService.pdf
There is a pre and post war version of the assy so not sure which version the manual is for but I think the publish date is 7-40.

I don't know how similar 1940 is to 1941, perhaps this is of help? It's from the 1941 owner's manual.

Thanks for both of the replies. Mine has a fuse instead of the circuit breaker, but pretty much the same otherwise. Still doesn't work and I think it's wired properly....oh well. I'll pull it and do a bench test...Drake
