Not sure what you are seeking but AFAIK, with 53 production the running changes and differences in Ultras for different models were over with and all trans were of the same basic construction. There were no valve differences for the trans used in Caribbeans vs those used in regular cars so that number you gave would be the part number for a Caribbean transmission assy minus converter and could be used on all Packard cars except the 23rd series.
Once you had a new trans assy there are some mostly minor detail differences for various models such as speedo gear, governor, driveshaft flange etc that would need to be added or moved over from an old unit to go with the rear axle and junior or senior running gear.
There were no differences in converters for Caribbeans so you would need to add a 423430 converter assy to have a complete 53 bolt in the car unit.
In 55-6 there was a different converter and some valving changes used with Caribbeans to provide a bit more excitement so there are differences on those cars. In 56 they also let the Hardtops have the different converter.
