When rebuilding an EE3 or EE22 carbureror from the 1930's, what kind of black paint to restorers use now? I assume it has to be something somewhat gasoline and heat resistant.

Rustoleum has a quality gloss black engine enamel they advertise as being oil and fuel resistant and capable of withstanding intermittent high heat. That might be a candidate for your carb. It goes on nicely but other than it being glossy I haven't tested it to see how their other claims stand up.

I used the "ceramic" variant of the product Howard describes on my front timing chain cover, vibration damper, water pump, and valve cover. It was easy to apply uniformly, and is holding up great.

It doesn't appear so. On their website, it looks like NAPA is a dealer for or only carries DupliColor.

If you go to the link that 28Pack526 posted there is a "find a store" button. You can type in your zip and find a local store that carries it. In my area Autozone and Home Depot are candidates.
