inner trunk panel

Does anyone have pictures of the driver's side inner trunk? Reason I ask is my friend sent me pictures of a 1951 Packard. A body shop had removed part of the inner trunk panel to get access to the outside quarter to straighten some damage from being hit on that side.

Thanks John

I don't have a photo handy, but there was no inner trim panel from the factory. You saw the backside of the quarter panel and the house for the filler neck.

Looks like part of the floor panel is missing. Packard calls that side piece a floor pan rear extension. Believe it spot welds or otherwise attaches directly to the quarter panel.

Thanks Howard, doesn't look like to bad a piece to fabricate and replace.

Looks like part of the inner fender well is missing, not shown in that picture. The gas nozzle shroud attaches to it and has a bottom lip to attach the trunk pan. You should not be able to see the ground for there. It's all enclosed, that's why they had to cut it out to gain access.
