Hi Dwight:

I don't have a quick answer, but is it any more complicated that measuring the shaft and bore diameters and the seal thickness and just consulting a seal catalog to find a dimensional equivalent? Plenty of seal catalogs that can index by dimension on the internet, and I've got some old hardcopy ones if I can help you with those.

Mike, 55 rear axles are Packard-built; 56 axles are Dana. Entirely different.

Thanks OD, that's what I thought.

446090

Same part number for 53 and 54, but not the professional cars made those years.

I thought someone made these a few years back, Max or Kanter?
