There is a pair on ebay now.http://www.ebay.com/itm/1948-50-Packard-Wiper-Arms-PAIR-/201664061452?hash=item2ef41d600c:g:O7kAAOxyRhBSsnd2&vxp=mtr Parts says they are the same for all models except convertibles. If ebay arms are not suitable and Kanter or Max Merritt can't help there is a slim chance Ficken Wiper servicehttp://www.wiperman.com might have some.
The proper blades are a bit harder to come by and original style is somewhat expensive. Some have used the Trico Classic modern replacements which can be made to fit the arms but do not look the same.
