Thanks Gerd for your post.

Hi everybody!!

Let me introduce myself; my name is Manuel Gonzalez and I'm 43. Salamanca is my hometown but I live in Madrid (Spain).

I'm on Packards since I was 20 because my father is a real Packard fan. Now we have few at home:

A 1928 Six 5-33 Sedan-Limousine RHD, recently restored as a long term project.

A 1928 Six 5-26 Sedan LHD, restored in 1990-92 and now used frecuently.

A 1929 Standard Eight 6-26 Sedan LHD, a black original survivor.

A 1930 Custom Eight 7-40 Convertible Coupe RHD, a love car very nice to drive.

A 1942 Custom Super 8 One-Eighty Limousine, our next restoration project.

Another 1928 Six 5-26 Sedan LHD, that will be a restoration project for the future.

I have many information regarding Packard in Spain, and I will be pleased to share it with you. I will try to register all Packard cars that I know in Spain and Portugal at the 'Owner Registry'.

I also will share with you all my parts needed, so perhaps you will help me; sometimes those parts will be for any Packard owner in Spain.

Sorry for my English; it's not very good, but I hope that it will be enough to have fun at PackardInfo.com

Welcome. Hope you find any leads or information you might need here and your English is a lot better than probably most of us would be with your Spanish.

Thanks for your answer.

Yes, I've already found quite interesting information, such as the 1928 Owner Manual in Acrobat Adobe format. If we all share our information, this will be a great place to find everything about our cars.

Regards.

Welcome to the website! The mission of the website is to make available for free as much information about Packard (the automobiles, and the company) as possible.

So we look forward to anything you have to contribute!

Manuel,
Looks like Packardinfo is to be hit by an 'Iberian onslaught', with all those Packards. Although it might be an idea to have your fellow Packard owners register their Packards themselves as members of Packardinfo. But if they can't, because of the language barrier, as their representative you're welcome to do so.
