It is a nice looking car. For a 49 it must be one of the renumbered vehicles because it has the R9 OD.

HH56 is referring to the maroon car.
The 3rd photo shows the relay for an R9 overdrive next to the voltage regulator on the firewall.

I am in touch with the seller of the maroon 1949 coupe listed at CL. Price is $23K which seems a bit steep. Still waiting for more detail. Part of a "collection" which suggests it is a hanger queen.

This car looks very nice. I have seen lesser models for that much or more. The maroon has what I consider rare and that is the gray faux wood interior. Most are brown. It also looks fully restored or original. The green and tan has the Electromatic Clutch. A good Club Sedan, as both of these are, are hard to find in my opinion.
