My recollection is the seat tracks will need to come out, bolted through the floor. The seat frame is machine screwed to the tracks, so now that I think about it, you may not have to remove the complete seat frame at all, just the tracks. Easier said than done though, these fasteners always fight so be prepared for battle.

You'll probably need a 2nd set of hands and muscles to move the seat assembly out of the car once you've removed the fasteners. Although I've wrestled the front seat in and out of my '41 120 Coupe twice by myself, and have to do it again soon, I'm not looking forward to that!
