Not sure if this is pre-war or post-war. A gentleman gave me this lighter and said it was Packard. If anyone knows that for sure, please identify. Better yet if you NEED it let me know and I will ship it to you.

Its from a 1949 Lincoln Cosmopolitan. There was a row of matching controls that were likened to organ stops.
