Trippe Light assembly

Just popping in

I removed my Trippe light to re-wire. I am ready to reassemble but I Can't figure out how to hold the light, compress the snap ring and keep the lens in place all at the same time.

Does it take two people to put the snap ring and lens back into the bucket?

Any comments or advise is welcome.
