what is the thought on buying the polished SS spokes verses the chromed version
I think here in Ca we have 3 companies that
"can" make the 52 spoke with wheel..
$1400 - 2400.
True spoke said they do not have the center
cap... which I don't understand if they say they
make the wheels here in the US...
Best

IMHO based on my Jaguar experience, they both take the same effort to clean and polish, so I say there's nothing like that blue dazzle of chrome in sunlight. Polished stainless can look good but the color tends toward warmer steel like aluminum instead of the blue flash and reflective ability of chrome. I had knock-off hubs, so I cleaned them flat one at a time, first with kerosene, then Meguiars Carnuba wax. Chrome that's cleaned can last for decades. I used wooden chop sticks with small rag remnants to get in all the crevices.
Dwight's look pretty easy.
