Just a final note - when I posted the link to the article, all I was really trying to say is "Hey, lookee here, some people in a (relatively) popular website about cars are talking about Packards, and about a Packard that I for one didn't know existed".

Just add it to the list of awesome quirky american cars exported to Argentina that I so badly would love to have.
