My four door Custom came to me with the original 15 inch wheels, but I'm not sure what the original bias ply tire size would have been. In any case I want to replace the worn out oversized radials that came with the car with the appropriate size. P225/70R15 is too small for sure - what does the Packard community suggest?

If you go to the model information tab and check out the 22nd, I think you'll find that info. I know I looked it up for 23s. But don't recall which source its in.

OEM size for 2206/2306 was 8.20 x 15. Be forewarned, clearance in the rear wheel wells is quite limited.

Recommend Diamondback Auburn Deluxe tires. They are molded in the original vintage profile and sizes, tubeless and radial construction. They can be had in whitewall or Blackwell. They are a quality product, smooth and round.
