Has anyone found a good vendor for an exact match for the wine vinyl door panels? I can find plain vinyl all day long but not with the blackish lines.

I opted for leather over the "marbleized" vinyl for accents area. I've never got that far, yet, but have the hides, materials, etc. sitting inside.
Some of that early vinyl is not very friendly stuff so won't be reproduced the same in today's environment. This is the early days of vinyl. May need to be custom made to match and finding someone and cost???
Pretty much if SMS doesn't have it, it probably doesn't exist these days.
ps:I made chemicals for vinyl processing for 30 years.

I think it's called a Spanish Grain. I found an excellent match to the brown with black wipe used in 22nd series lower door panel kick pad area. This was in an upholstery shop by going through stock books. They did a lot of boat upholstery, which is on a pretty heavy scrim and has UV absorber compounded in.It was some years ago but this may help your search.
