So you could not get manual brakes on a TL car, or there are different parts to use on a TL car?

Yes, you could though it is seldom seen. . On those models the master cylinder was mounted behind the pedal under the driver's floor so as to not interfere with the main torsion bar. All of the pieces are identical to the above except that the short arm on the pedal would point downward so that the pushrod would move rearward when applied.
