I'm looking for a lowering kit for a 1954 Packard Patrician. Please send me a message if you know of a company that makes them or anyone that could potentially make a custom kit.

A Packard isn’t a Chevrolet of Ford so no such thing but shouldn’t be hard to do with a little mechanical expertise.

You are pretty well stuck with lowering blocks under the axle in the back and torching a coil or two in the front coil springs. Be prepared for a poor ride quality.
