Link to the Fender Section of the 35-41 Parts List. You'll find your answer there but my thought is those other years won't fit.

The 1935 to 1941 parts list is full of errors and inconsistencies and is not the easiest thing to interpret but Group 7.100 shows part number 342930 for the right side most 1938 and 1939 models with 1940 not listed. Part number 342931 for the left side is shown for most 1938, 1939 and 1940 models.

So best answer is that 1938 to 1940 rear fenders from most models will probably interchange with 1940, assuming that the the missing listing for the 1940 right side is an omission in the parts list.

No grille before 1940 will fit a 1940. The 1940 hood was longer and the grille considerably narrower.

On the fenders, there was a relatively major redesign for 1938 that was kept until 1940 so doubtful if any prior year shares any body parts.

The hearses were coachbuilt so quite a few differences anyway even for 1937 passenger cars.

The 40-42 non-Clipper center grille is the same. The movable shutter Senior and fixed shutter Junior grilles will interchange as far as fitting the sheet metal.
