For those not familiar with Boxing Day, here's an explanation -https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Boxing_Day
In Oz it's a GIANT shopping holiday.

And Happy Second Day of Christmas. Here in the States, the day after Christmas, merchants race to erase every vestige of Christmas, like embarrassed drunks.

Makes you question their understanding of the season, of Yuletide, tradition, or concern for anything beyond how much they can rake in.

May the spirit survive through January 5th, the 12th Day of Christmas, if not beyond.

To a happy, healthy, green, civilized 2022. Remember all, to send Big Kev a donation over the 12 Days, or a New Year's donation. We owe all this to Kev alone.

Mal, thanks for the link and accompanying explanation. For a moment I thought that the talk revolves around the Boxer Rebellion, a singular occurrence, when USA, Russia and Germany were fighting side by side.
