Wanted R11 gear

I'm looking for parts for my R11 overdrive. I need the gear that goes on my governor and a 12 volt solenoid. Not sure of exact year of transmission but it has a rear mount instead of the case being drilled for a saddle mount.

Unlike the R9, the R11 was used by several other brands and was around for a considerable time so lots of parts are interchangeable between cars and years.

If no one on the forum or any of our main vendors -- Kanter Auto, Max Merritt, or Tucson Packards -- can help with a Packard specific part (which may not be all that specific) others have been able to find R11 parts from Herm the Overdrive Guy. He has a site for modern and off road OD units as well as rebuilds and parts for some of the older units. He currently lists three different style governor gears as available. He also has new solenoids and maybe some rebuilt or used.http://hermtheoverdriveguy.com/borg-warner-overdrives

Another place for repro electrical parts is Fifth Avenue Internet Garagehttp://www.fifthaveinternetgarage.com/overdrive_parts.php although I suspect Herm has the same parts.
