This photo is on eBay with a description of "1927 ? STUDEBAKER WILL ROGERS AN CEO ERSKINE 11 X 17 PHOTO PICTURE"

Erskine is Albert Russel Erskine who was President of Studebaker 1915 -> 1933.

Certainly looks to have a Studebaker badge on the car.

I was thrown by the front bumper at first but that's the one on the '27 "President" model.
I don't know what radiator ornament that is however. Doesn't appear to be stock for '27. Custom for Roger's?
