I'm listing my 1956 Packard Patrician for sale. Despite my big plans, the car has mostly sat in my garage instead of being worked on, and I've received the spousal decree that something in the garage needs to go. It has 44,292 miles on the odometer, the 374 c.i. Packard V8 does not run, and I have a clean title in my name in hand. Located in St. Albans, WV. Asking $4500.00 Feel free to shoot me a message with any questions.

Thanks for looking,

Robert

Coincidentally I saw your post on FB Marketplace just last night. Looks nice.

Does the engine sound like it has compression?

'55 400. Needs aesthetic parts put back on, and electrical system sorted.
'55 Clipper Deluxe. Engine is stuck-ish.

The motor had healthy compression on one or two cylinders, zero compression on several others. My suspicion is the valves are hung open on the zero comp cylinders, and the hydraulic lifters are still collapsed after sitting a while.

Robert, could you lease advise when your '56 Patrician Touring Sedan is sold so the Registry entry can be updated?
