Been having fits with one rear brake never staying adjusted, just figured out the rod has been beaten on so much through its life it's bent like it's made out of spagetti! Honestly scared it's gonna' break in two! Anyway, it's part # 145800 in the 1929 parts manual, the shorter rod that connects to the rear brake lever that has the adjusting nuts on it. Not worried about whether it's pretty, just if it's straight and not so weak it's bendable by hand! Thanks!

I may have one. I just found a pretty complete 1929 640 parts car in California now sitting in my side yard.
