My horn restoration is progressing. Stripped the old paint, a little body filler to fill small dents, primer, and starting paint.

In parallel with the horn restoration, I did a clean up on the side mount plates and locks. They look great and the locks are working perfectly after working in a little lube to free up the mechanism. Before and after….

I’m also pretty excited to get started on the car itself. I have a restoration shop coming out to look at the car in person. Then, we’ll start discussing the details. It’s a reputable shop that recently finished a 1937 Six, so they have some familiarity. We’ll see how that goes.
