Have you tried KM Lifesyles?https://mykmlifestyle.com/Packard_Fuel_Sender_0YW2.html
They show something that looks very similar and at reasonable cost have made senders for others on the forum owning immediate prewar era cars. Even if they do not currently make or have NOS stock of your particular sender I would imagine if they had the old one they could copy it.
