DUPONT COLOR MIXING FORMULA: Green Engine Paint

I'm posting this Q in hopes that someone might share what they have or know: does anyone have or can direct us to the original COLOR MIXING FORMULA for Dupont's GREEN ENGINE paint? Also is the 546A (Bell green) listed the original Dupont number?

[I already know of Hirsch, Kanter & Merritt's paint stock. I also know that the green shade for Packard varied slightly through the years, also depending on available supply. What I'm after is the COLOR MIXING FORMUA.]

A Big THANK YOU to those who can help us!

Good Morning...about 10 years ago, our local paint supplier 'Space Age Paint' in Mesa, Arizona asked Dupont for the formula for our 1949 Deluxe, Miss Prudence...Dupont still had the formula and gave it to Space Age...The color was very close to the old paint on the car. The difference was fade from 60+ years of use. Perhaps you could contact Dupont and receive what you need...or go through a paint supplier in your area that has a relationship with Dupont. Doubt it exists.

The Hirsch paint story goes like this: Back in the late 1950's and early 60's the guy who did Billy's 745 was on the CCCA Caravan committee and would stop at every auto parts store and old dealership on the route and buy their entire stock of anything Packard. One of the things he had was a can of that paint.

That is where the Hirsch color came from.

I believe that Dupont has gone out of the paint business.

Bow to Tim Cole's observation, as always. However, had to touch up my '47's 356 and discovered a '41 Cadillac friend's Hirsch engine paint an exact match. Bell Telephone Green the same.

Back in 1975, Hirsch sold me "Packard blue" for my '40 120 that was more like Packard blue than Centennial blue but not right.

After you find the formula you may not be able to get the tints. I found the PPG formula for 1937 Packard Blue but one of the tints was no longer available. My friend that is an excellent painter/body man was able to get PPG to make a substitute.
