Does anyone know of a source for weatherstrip for the windshield of a '37 120 four door convertible? I have tried Kanter, Steele, Restoration Specialities - no fit. The glass is 1/4" thick, channel depth is 5/16" and channel width is 11/32". At this point all I see available is to use glass setting tape.

Of those you mention Metro Molded Rubber is another supplier of some custom but mostly generic weatherstrips. They probably have the same items as Steele offers in his universal dense extrusion listings but maybe worth a look.

Howard thanks for the source (Metro Molded Rubber) they have a number of items not found elsewhere - trans wiper pads, dash pads, etc. but no help with windshield weather stripping for convertibles.
Dave, thanks for validating the use of glass setting tape, I could not see any other options.

On Steele’s site, there is a section of non make specific window and even have some identical to that in the rear and read side windows of my Henney so surely something there will match! Also, don’t just rely on their online catalog as they may have added items not listed there.

Larry I will give them a call - there are a lot of sources for a '37 Windshield weatherstrip but not for a Convertible.

I thought David replied that glass setting tape was all that was needed. Or are we talking about something else now?
