I will go out on a limb and say 53. There is a photo in the archive of a showroom and that same type cloth banner is advertising other features showroom. The photo is labeled 54 but I believe it shows 53 models. That was the postwar year when AC became available on Packards again.
Doing an internet search for Packard showroom photos, there are others that come up from various places that I will not post because they are probably copyrighted. Those show the same banners. Photos of 55-6 showrooms had a different style on the signage highlighting various features of the "New Packards" so doubt it was from the V8 era.
