I am looking for the stainless trim that goes along just under the driver's side window on my 1950 Club Sedan. Need the piece on the door only. Thanks.

Looks like there’s one on eBay, but otherwise have you tried the usual suspects? Kanter, Max Merritt. But Hershey is on right now. PM flackmaster. He’s there and could get it for you.

Thank you for your response. I have been looking on eBay but will look some more. Will also check with Max Merritt.

Several months ago I drove over to Browne Auto Salvage in Sunset, Texas to find the driver side windshield trim for my 49 Standard 8. They had five or six 48-50 Packards in their yard.

Several Merritt staff are at Hershey so I’m sure they are a bit short-handed right now, especially as it’s a weekend.

Thank you all for your replies. Chris was at the parts room helm at Merritt and he found me what he feels is a dealer stock buyout piece amongst their stash that looks like it has never been on a car. Yayyy.

A suggestion: Cats (or foxes) would help keep mice and rats at bay in an outdoor vehicle storage area.
