I'm chasing a complete 327 5 main engine for my father's clipper deluxe I'm restoring; any information would be greatly appreciated

G'ay Ivor(Thunderbolt),
to PackardInfo.

I see from your "profile" you're in Australia, a long way from Marylnd, and shipping of all that cast iron would considering the weight involved be very expensive! BTW the "profile" is easily accessed by registered Forum members and I often make use of it to identify Aussies and others.

Instead have you considered joining the Packard Automobile Club of Australia Inc? < CLick on the link to take you to the PACA Website from which you can download a membership application form if need be. Making contact with members there who might have what you want might be the way to go and be a lot closer than an ocean and a continent away.

Saying all that, Ross is highly regarded and you couldn't do wrong, if all else fails, to pick up the 327 engine he's offering.

While you contemplate that, I invite you to include your Dad's Clipper Deluxe in PackardInfo's Packard Vehicle Registry

for that Kev, I didn't know about that feature. I've been going directly into a profile by clicking on their Forum name at the top of the post they've made, ie for Thunderbolt I get this result:
