Hi what are the wheel alignment specs for a 23rd series and how/where do you adjust the camber/caster?

'55 400. Needs aesthetic parts put back on, and electrical system sorted.
'55 Clipper Deluxe. Engine is stuck-ish.

These are for 1951 onwards but would there be much different between this and the 23rd series 1949?
