I have a 1941 120 3 speed overdrive. The rear trans mount pretty much fell apart when I removed the drivetrain. I checked with Max Merritt and they have it in stock for $150 + $125 core. Does anyone know a more affordable source for this part? Just figured it was worth asking before dropping the dough.

I doubt you'll find it cheaper and paying for parts like that that no one makes anymore is part of owning a vintage car! You might check with Tucson Packards or Packards Southwest for used ones but if you want something that will last, go with Merritt and, of course, you'll get the core back when you return your old ones so it's really not that expensive to have it done properly.

Good to hear. Just wanted to double check. I'm looking to sell the car, so don't want to spend more than I have to lol.
