Frank, if it were me I'd probably get the correct grille, bumper guards, and bumper now, then decide later if I wanted to change. This stuff could also be offered with the car when you sell it. As far as value goes, it doesn't matter until you sell it. You may think of your Packard as being unique.

The 53/54 Senior grilles have the fluted (waterfall) center horizontal bar. Other than that, everything else is the same.

Frank, if you decide not to get the grill, please let me know. since i have be looking for my "spares" to see if i could help out,i have found a lot of parts missing from my stash. am starting to think my parts may have been stolen. and if you don't mind, i'd like to know where the car is you found. it may have some other peices i could use.
