May I have your attention?

Ladies and Gentlemen! John!

An overseas donater (will remain nameless at his own request) contacted me via e-mail and won the preemptive right. John (JHH) that is your applause.

third violation of the right of way ($20)

Additional he registered interest to take a look under two neighboring puzzle pieces namely I4 and J4.

second piece of puzzle (two dimes)

third piece of puzzle (four dimes)

With view to the new puzzle picture I think that scanty results like the now revealed green rectangle makes me sceptical about wheels of fortune. It could have been at least a bit more colorful. To bear in remembrance what colorful means I attached a chinese postcard showing Zhou Enlai, the first Premier of the People's Republic of China.

This is a great prelude to our upcoming Packard Info. Fun Run! I will commit to buying the winner an ice-cold bear! Alternatively, if the winner is unable to attend, the prize committee will select an alternative malleable prize.

Keep the guesses coming!

John, to use that convenient opportunity for a bargain sale was very clever. Ladies and gentlemen, that man oviously know how it works. May I ask you to come to me onstage? Aaaahhh, there is the spontaneous applause.

John ventured a truly slant-eyed try: Chang Kai-shek.

These Texas boys know the ropes. To mention the (orange) elephant in the room often works. Very often. Nine times out of ten. Almost always. And just in time the notary brings the envelope. This green envelope contains the decisive answer.

John, It might well be but Chang Kai-shek is a wrong answer.

What are you going to do? How about a photograpy? Bring it on! It won't cost the earth.

Guesses? Guesses?

Jim, I'll have you know mine were carefully researched, well thought out solutions to a cunning conundrum as I'm sure the answers supplied by the two John's were! But for all that, turns out they may as well have been guesses.

Mal, I just would like to inform you that we explore every avenue to know up to what extent your comment could be able to be interpreted as a so-called "interposed question" within the meaning of the rule book ?B & ?G. The jury will retire for deliberation.

John (JW) regardless of the veracity or otherwise of that courtroom drama, everything is in your option.

Gerd,

I view my previous post more like pulling up alongside another vehicle on the road, Jim's, and responding to his entreaty to "keep the guesses coming" while the lead vehicle, John's, continues it's progress on the road ahead.
If I were to forcibly interpose myself on the right of way there'd be absolutely no doubt about it!

Judgment of the Packard Riddle Court, Mal Oz., Case 1/2011 (January 2011)

Packardmen on bicycles always would give way to a manual shifted Clipper already on the motorway and Mal beyond a shadow of a doubt is a real Packardman. We declare him not guilty. Mal Oz, you are a free man.

Once a decision of the Court has been announced, no additional evidence will be accepted, the decision is final and the hearing is closed.

24 Hours have passed since the last "guess", John's, was submitted, so I'll venture another "guess".
Is it........BigKev?

If unsuccessful, highly unlikely, may I buy a a vowel have I5 and J5 revealed? And not one but two hints!
