These "earlier photos" are photos, which I posted earlier but they were taken later. Hungary was battle zone after the "Bombing of Kassa" in June 1941 but thereafter it took three years until the war came into the Hungarian territory at full tilt. The temporary usage of this special device may reflects the course of the war. The snapshot in question was taken in 1942. Please find below another images of this very car in 1943. The pictured calm is deceptive. It might be the same car, at least it is same typ of car at the same location but now in wartime.
