What is that? A military truck? An old car? I kindly ask you to exclusively focus on the car.

It appears to me as somekind of a truck. Not a car. Directly over the tall skinny window near the roof line there is somekind of script emblem.
Due to the sliding door it is most likely a small utility or city delivery truck. Probably a flat bed. When i first looked at it i thot it was whirly copter then i noticed it was an umbrella over the roof and not a propellar. Here in the US there is somekind a very tiny korean made truck (not street legal here) but i can't remeber the name of it rite now. It mite be one of those. They are usualy COE or rear engine drive with flat bed.

Or an early Land Rover. Or a French desert car from the 1950s. With view to the reporter it seems to be low. Gerd,
Hard to focus on the car/truck/whatever? This from YouTube might help. Is this the next installment in the long awaited PackardInfo Puzzle Corner series? If it is, it's a doozie!

Mal and John, to pass a secret on to you, after sending you to Chernobyl to solve the previous riddle, you now have the natural right of a better setting.
Don, Bingo! My last idea to enrich the kaleidoscope of swarm intelligence was that he sit in a crane operator cabin ... I did my very best to present a pic with regional relation. Although not from Libya my find fits the background topic almost perfectly. It shows the Egypt presidential flag on a ZIS. Ok, thank you!
