I can get over the exterior, but the interior is ghastly. Looks like interior of a bass boat.

Found this "It is a concept car designed by Packard by one of the head engineer mechanics. He designed the one of a kind roof and took off some trim and detailed the grill a little bit. It used to have a 3/4 race flat head engine with 4 carb setup."and this "the rear of the roof sits forward 16 inches more than normal from most Packard's which sets this special Packard business coupe apart from the standard Packard sedan." If this was in fact a "special" Packard it now no longer is.
