I can't answer all your questions but the 1941 Data Book would indicate some major differences between Junior/Senior seat construction.

One-Ten / One-Twenty

"Cushions are now 18 1/2 inches deep from front to rear and the rear rows of semi-luxury springs have been lowered between the seat rails. This gives greater length and resiliency to these springs (they're more than an inch longer) and so provides a more comfortable seat. Foam rubber cushion pads are available in the One-Ten Special, One-Ten Deluxe, and the One-Twenty, at small extra cost."

One-Sixty
"Packard One-Sixty seat cushions have a foundation of luxury springs and over these is placed a deep pad of soft foam sponge rubber 1 1/8 inch thick."

One-Eighty
"Packard Custom Super-8 One-Eighty seat cushions and backs have a foundation of Marshall, small diameter coil springs. Each is encased in a separate cloth container to distribute weight evenly, prevent spring noises, and provide utmost comfort. Over this resilient foundation is placed a thick pad of moulded foam sponge rubber, and on top of this, soft cushions of goose down. Because of this fine quality construction, Packard One-Eighty cushions are luxuriously comfortable, yet retain their shape without sagging or stretching through long years of service."

I'd say that the final product is quite different. The 160 looks like a really nice car seat. The 180 looks like a sofa from an expensive home.

The body shells of the 110/120/160/180 are all the same, so the inside width is identical. I would assume the rear seat cushions are same width and would fit, major differences being springs/padding/ armrest construction.
