We are looking to fly to Idaho, get our 1950 deluxe 8 running and drive it back to New Mexico. We need a fuel pump. Does anybody know of a supplier selling NEW pumps? Since the car is 1100 miles away, we have no core...
Thanks, Kelly

Most likely you will have to buy a pump from Kanter or Max Merrit, and pay the upfront core charge. Then after you get the car home send the old pump back to recover your core charge.

Also be prepared as usually if the fuel pump is bad, that means other parts of the fuel system may need attention as well.

(Dirty tank, bad lines, clogged filter, varnished carb)

Thanks. We've had the car for about 6 years, so all the stuff has been done, the fuel pump rebuild just didn't last.
