Original? - Doesn't seem to have that distinctive Packard radiator profile.

Concern over trademark infringement?

G'day all, I have serious doubts as to it's authenticity. It may well be a Pioneer pedal car but I doubt that the Packard Six on the radiator (not stated whether a transfer or painted) is Pioneer related. My understanding of the "good old days' of Copyright infrinement is that imitation is one of the greatest compliments, and a manufacturer would not bother with some toy which advertises his product and does not compete with him is the automotive world. I also understand that Packard radiators had the Packard Script but no mention of motor designation. But of course, I may be incorrect. Peter Toet
