1955 Caribbean Louvre (Hood)

In the Packard Parts book I see a "Bracket Louvre Support", part # 469687 for the 1955 Caribbean.
I wonder if anyone can tell me or show me a picture how that looks like and how it is installed?
Besides... does anyone have one for a Caribbean 1955 or knows where to get one? I do have the Louvre itself, just missing the bracket.

As always thanks for your help,
Walter

I believe those are the 90 degree brackets that hold the louvre in place. Think of small shelf brackets. They would not be difficult to make. I will look for pictures.

thanks for the reply and a picture would be great. But to hold it in place there are 3 screws that come up from the bottom of the hood. What is the thought behind the bracket in the back of it?

I can guess why they were used, but it would be just that.

The 3 screws hold it from the bottom, the L brace might keep it from pitching forward at the top?

Pictures emailed.
