53 Clipper being repainted. What is this weather strip called? Should I replace? Fender needs to be loosened up for this piece. I ordered the complete kit from Kanter. I don't believe it is included

If you posted a photo maybe it was too large so need a description or a location to answer the question.

That is called the door hinge pillar weatherstrip and Steele has it if Kanter doesn't. Here is Steele's listing for the sedan front doors.https://www.steelerubber.com/door-weatherstrip-30-0466-73 If you have a hardtop or need the one for the rear doors he has those too.

Hello,

If you ordered a complete kit from us than it would have been included with the door perimeter kit. I would ask that you please double check and if you feel that it is missing. That you please contact our customer service at 1-800-526-1096.

Thanks
