Cluster Removal

Hey Guys, started the removal of the cluster today. Does the cluster move down and from behind to remove it????. I was looking at the panel that holds all the switches, if I remove the 4 screws on the bottom of that panel will it move out and down a bit so the cluster can come out through the front. I don't want to ruin anything getting it out or in when the cluster has been re-done. If that panel does loosen up and move down it will make re-wiring the switches a lot easier as far as connecting to the switches.

Thanks Pat
