I had always heard you should not use epoxy primer over acid primer that it will peel.
I see different places anymore where people say they use acid primer then top coat with epoxy primer. Have things changed??

I used Valspar DTM (Direct to Metal) Epoxy Primer, and then a high build primer over that.

I used Southern Polyurethanes Inc epoxy and high build primer.

Barry the owner actually answered the phone and walked me through setting up my spraygun when it came time to spray my color even thou it was a different brand.

That was what I was figuring on doing was just using epoxy primer directly with a build primer over top then color coat.
