Hi everyoneone. I am looking for a rear interior window garnish for my 56 custom coupe. There is a 54, 4 door garnish available to buy but I am not sure if it will fit. Any help would be appriciated, Phil

P.S I've looked at pics of the 2 rear windows from the outside to compare and they look the same to me

Comoare the part numbers here in the Parts List between the 54 and 56 ones. If they are different, then it's a no go.

I would think that would be a part that Mike Dulinski or Ross would have a pile of.

Thanks BigKev. I’m new to the forum and don't really know anyone. It would be greatly appreciated if you could give me contact details of someone who might have this item. Thanks, Phil

Look in the Directory in the menu on the left. All the Packard vendors should be listed in there. Mike's got piles of 55/56 stuff. So he might be your best affordable option. If he doesn't have it then the larger vendors (Kanter/Max Meritt) may have them.

Welcome to the website!

I didn't see Mike's name in the vendor category so for some reason it would appear the Mike Dulinski entry did not make the transition to the new forum or maybe was removed possibly due to outdated info.

Here is some contact info from a screen capture I made from the old directory but I am not sure enough that all info is still current to add it to the list again. Phone is (was) probably the best way to contact him.

Phil,

Contact info for Mike and Ross below.

From Hemmings for Mike Dulinski -https://www.hemmings.com/clubs/detail?hmn_club_id=1477499

From this Website for Ross Miller, click on the "Send Message" button to send a Private Message to Ross -https://packardinfo.com/xoops/html/modules/profile/userinfo.php?uid=618

And to look up the Parts Numbers between years look in the Literature Archive:
Select 1 like shown on the pic below
Then select 2 like on the pic below
Then select 3 like on the pic below
Then select 4 like on the pic below
Then select 5 like on the pic below or select 6 like on the pic below
Then, happy hunting!

Hope this helps?

EDIT - Looks like Howard beat me to the punch re Mike. Plus his contact info is better, I think?

Thank you so much. It’s going to be a baptism of fire for me over the next few months. I bought a car I never knew existed a month ago 😂.
