Hello Packard friends,
I need help!! Concerns a 1951 Packard 250 convertible. The handel / locking mechanisme is blocked so that i cannot open OR close the convertible top. Does anyone know this problem or have someone technical drawings how this lock can be dismantled? We can't figure it out. Thanks for your help. Wim de Vries.
