How does it work?
The Bijur on our Third and Fifth Series Sixes is operated by a plunger.
How did they change the operation of the system?

It's got a small positive displacement piston pump actuated by intake manifold vacuum variation. Somewhere in the literature section of this site is an illustration from the Bijur literature.
