I just read this article and I think you all will find it interesting. It is Winton, in 1930, discussing the atmosphere of the earliest of automobile manufacturing in the late 1890's.

'55 400. Needs aesthetic parts put back on, and electrical system sorted.
'55 Clipper Deluxe. Engine is stuck-ish.
