Question For '39 SU-8 Owners

In recent threads, there has been discussion about pressurized cooling systems, and what year they were introduced. It was my understanding that '40 was the introduction year for pressure, but seem to have found evidence of pressurized cooling systems on '39 Super 8. Both my car, and a spare radiator out of another '39 SU-8 have an identical pressure neck / overflow arrangement. That said, I have also seen '39 SU-8 with non-pressure necks.

Could it have been an option? Perhaps a late year introduction? Dunno, but glad my car is equipped with it. Just treated it (and the '40) to a brand new 4lb pressure cap.
